This machine is to print, emboss and automatically fold and cut the roll paper well into square orrectangular napkin paper. Can add 4 colors water ink printing system for printing diversified fine pattern, brand with clear and bright printing in high speed and stable running. It is preferred equipment for processing napkin paper of good quality.
This machine consists of winding device, printing device,embossing device, register device (for embossing pattern), lengthways folding device, transport device, crosswise folding device and cutting device.
1, Winding device: adopts flat belt transporting, and is equipped with stepless speed regulating device, rolling speed can be adjusted within a certain range to control tension, to ensure the stability of high speed production and products and tidy and beautiful;
2, Lengthways folding device: Adopt unique stainless steel round bar of origami paper folding fork, make adjustment and paper injection more convenient
3, Feed roller: Adopts taper roller and flat belt for driving, easy for control feeding speed. Thus, it can fit for different tension of paper.
This machine has function of counting sheets automatically, customer can set sheets number accordingly.

1.The seller will send one engineer for installation, start up and training on the operations in the buyer’s plant. The buyer will be responsible for the two-way air tickets, transportations, accommodations and meals during their stay, plus 80$ per day for allowance. Also, the buyer should provide all the necessary means and personnel to help on the installation and start up of the machinery.

2.We can help you to get the documents you need for customs clearance to help you make it easy.
3.Before the machine delivery,we will test the machines in our factory and make sure they are running well.If customers want to come to our factory to test the machine,it is ok,and we will send car to pick them up at the airport.
4.We will provide the manual and operating CD along the machines to customers,if necessary,we also can send technician to your factory to help you install and training your workers to operate our machine.
