The machine is inside and outside circle vacuum emulsifying mixer, it is newly developed by our company combined with advanced technology of American ROSS which is suitable to produce high viscosity material such as foundation make-up, paste and cream,  toothpaste etc. The best feature is, it can realize both inside homogenizing and outside circle homogenizing, especially to big cubage emulsifying machine or high viscosity products, it can achieve no angle effect through outside homogenizing.

Performance & feature

1.Homogenizing motor has two speeds, low speed 1500r/min is used in low speed homogenizing and high speed 3000r/min is used in high speed homogenizing.

2.Continuous working processing quantity is big, it can produce material circularly and homogenized, it also can put positive pressure to produve material on main boiler which is convenient and fast.

3.Easy to operate and it has better homogenizing emulsifying effect.

4.Water circle homogenizing airproof structure of England Cran Company, can conquer common airproof leaking problem, sealing ring can not be burnt under high viscosity and non-material condition.

5.CIP cleaning system is configured through outside circle pipe to make the emulsifying machine cleaned automatically, conveniently, wholesomely and thoroughly.
