Features:
Rubber plastic machine ceramic band heating element:
1) Ceramic band heating element can be made in a large variety of sizes, multiple segment and clamping styles.
2) Ceramic Band Heaters offer longer heater life, high processing temperature capabilities and full flexibility for ease of installation.
3) Band heaters are custom made with Nickle -Chromium Resistance wire wound on Premium quality of Mica.
4) Standard sheath material is S.S.304; Other sheath material like Zinc Platted M.S.and Brass is also available.
5) Ceramic Band Heaters offer temperatures to 1400ºF. This is all mounted into a stainless steel casing with serrated edges.
6) Ceramic Band Heaters transmit heat both through conduction and radiation. Due to this effect, the fit is not as critical as with other types of band heaters.
