Features:
1,Mica band heating element is specifically designed for your Injection and Extrusion machines.
2,These heaters are custom made with Nickle -Chromium Resistance wire wound on Premium quality of Mica.
Standard sheath material is S.S.304; Other sheath material like Zinc Platted M.S.and Brass is also available.
3,Band heaters may be supplied in one piece and two pieces construction .
4,The specially designed tightening clamp provides full and even closure for maximum heat transfer.
5, A variety of terminal type and location is possible to meet any installation need.
6,Depending upon the Voltage and Wattage a suitable size of the resistance wire is selected as per the recommendation of the resistance wire manufacturer. This wire is wound on premium mica to form a coil.
7,The coil is placed between the Mica sheets and is then enclosed in metal enclosure.
8,The element wire is terminated on a brass strip from where the lead wires are taken out further.
9,These strips are covered with a ventilated terminal box. The heater is provided with a clamping device, which has a Cap Screw for easy installation, and even tightening of the heater on the barrel.

1) The diameter (mm) of heaters (inner diameter for external heating or external diameter for internal heating)
2) Width of heaters
3) Type, length and position of leads
4) The position and size of the hole for connecting thermocouple OR of the incision.
5) Voltage and power density
6) One piece OR two piece
7) Special gap between two pieces
8) Content of the laser stamping on the sheath of heaters if needed
9) Quantity
