1. German original Bosch Rexroth servo system controls the leading edge feeding paper sector, with a fast response, high positioning accuracy, good stable system, long life and other characteristics, to ensure long-term stability of machine.
2. Adopts vacuum suction feeding, air quantity can be frequency adjusted according to the degree of board bending. It can set continuous feeding and skip feeding functions, also can set vacuum and waster removing institution.
3. Polyurethane feeding rubber adopts quick-change all-wheel structure, uniform wear and long life, when changing rubber wheel, it only need uninstall directly, convenient, fast and reduce the auxiliary time, while reducing machine use, maintenance costs.
4. 5.7inch touch screen ,you can set volume of orders, stop automatically after completion of the feed conveyor, working position of around clapboard can be adjusted electrically.
5. Feeding roller adopts front and back double roller structure, ensure the accuracy of feeding, feeding pressure can be adjusted manually.
6. Optional for servo extending feeding system, leave out the feeding roller, corrugate won’t be destroyed, and can ensure the board hardness. Wind can be used recycle, remove the dust and paper scrap of cardboard surface, improve the printing quality, while saving energy and decrease cost.
1. Text encoding, electric button double system control printing phase and axial position, printing roller has a function of remove memory and reset automatically.
2. Every color group has emergency stop protection switch, ensuring0 operator safe
3. Printing roller and vacuum bellows pressure can be adjusted electrically, suction pressure can be sub-adjusted.
4. Printing phase attached electromagnetic clutch brake structure, can lock automatically gear position when machine separates, preventing printing roller zero loss.
5. Printing department device equipped with electric foot switch, can link plate and adjust quickly, convenient for changing plate and cleaning, simple operation.
6. Installation of feeding paper rolls institution, customers can choose vacuum adsorption feeding and roller transmission according to specific products, energy-saving and cost-decreasing.
7. Optional for infrared dryer .

1. By 10.4 inch touching screen ,can realize man-machine dialogue, every printing phase and printing plate axial position number adjustment, menu storage, invoking and other functions. And retain electric button adjusting system to complete slotting carton height, phase, axial movement adjustment.
2. Equipped with pre-pressing function, ensure the cardboard not be crushed.
3. Pressing line above wheel is covered with high quality polyurethane to ensure the board strength not be destroyed.
4. Electric axial movement synchronized driving, make the upper and lower Preloading wheel, clearer burr, upper and lower slot cutter and guide pulley adjustment simultaneously.
5. Clearer burr roller, slotting wheel roller is made of high quality alloy steel, dynamic balance weight test, the surface is dealled with grinding and hard chromium plating.
6. Selection of high quality alloy steel slotting knife, the width of tooth blade is 7mm.
