3. Man-machine interface,PLC controller, inverter,servo motor and drives, are made of world famous brands.
4. Main drive gear blanks is made of high quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi)forging, formed by the multi-channel processing technology. Tooth surface precision ground,high frequency quenching ,hardness HRC58-60,ensure long-term precision drive.
5. All roller shaft experience the static balance and dynamic balance twice to ensure smooth and reliable when high-speed running. Hard chromium is plated barrel layer of protection.
6. All gears are made free connection, eliminating the gap generated by the traditional connection to maintain long-term precision chromatic printing machine.
7. Drive organizations adopts spray splash, lubrication device, lubrication system automatically cycle.
8. Full vacuum assisted delivery to avoid damage to the print paper roll layout patterns, and to further ensure the accuracy of printed overlay.

E.Phase adjustment mechanism
1.Planetary gear structure.
2.Digital display type phase indicator, make the operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.
3.Printing corresponding electric digital 360 degree adjustment (running or stop can be adjusted). Phase modulation precision can reach 0.15mm.
F.Ink circulation
1.Pneumatic diaphragm pump, ink supply and stability, simple operation and maintenance.
2.Province ink cleaning device, can effectively save ink.

2.Slotting cutter width 7mm.
3.Alloy tool steel via heat treatment, grinding tooth slotting cutter, trimming knife, high hardness and toughness, high precision.
4.The score line, slot knife shifting, adopt with electric button or button digital synchronous control.
