*Cutting Unit adopts doublecolumn shear structure (patent No. ZL201120262802.1) the cutting edges is neat and no burr, no waste materials
*The punching unit adopts turrettype die kit , capable of storing four punching dies or six punching dies or eight punching dies from the upper to the lower as one integral structure to ensure the concentric degree of the dies.
*The bending unit uses Closed-loop structure allowing easy operation and high accuracy
* The Bending Unit adopt doublelayer workbench to ensure the three working unit working at a time no disturb each other which improve efficiency.
*PLC control is more stable and reliable than the traditional relay
*The hydraulic oil tank is made of thick plate welding, after treated by phosphating which make the hydraulic oil use long time without contamination.

Q I. Do we have to fill up the hydraulic oil tank before shipment ?
No, and the machine without any oil and it is empty during the shipment.
QII.What type of oil do we have to get ?
Pls add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil 90Kg .
QIII. Do we need to bleed out air in the hydraulic system
No, this machine is hydraulic drive no need to bleed out air.
QIV. Anything else we need to do / get to get this machine operational?
