The oil heaters have both the standard, high temperature and higt temperature high pressure models, which are used to heat up the mould and maintain temperature, although they can be used in other similar applications, Mould backwater is used direchtly (standard type) and indirectly (high temperature type ) which is compressed by bumps, send to the heating tank and controller can maintain an accuracy of ±1℃

Operating principle

High-temperature oil running back from molds flows into the temperature controller through pipelines then it is conveyed into the heater by bump, after heating it is transported into molds. During this cycle, a cooling magnetic valve will be started, if high-temperature oil is overheated, putting cooling oil into double-layered tube to cool high-temperature oil, achieving constant temperature control; if high-temperature oil is still overheated and over the set point of EGO, then the system will activate an alarm and stop working; if liquid level is under the set value of the level switch which is installed in the oil tank, the low-level signal will be emitted and the system will sound an alarm.
