XOD-20E High digital Temperature Controller for injection
The oil heaters have both the standard, high temperature and higt temperature high pressure models, which are used to heat up the mould and maintain temperature, although they can be used in other similar applications, Mould backwater is used direchtly (standard type) and indirectly (high temperature type ) which is compressed by bumps, send to the heating tank and controller can maintain an accuracy of ±1℃

◆ The temperature can up to 350℃.
◆ Controller with 3.2" LCD, visual display and easy operation
◆ Weekly timing power on/off, ℃/F temperature unit available.
◆ Full digital P.I.D. sectional temperature control system that stable mold temperature can be maintained in
any operating condition with precision of ±0.5℃.
◆ Efficient water-circulating pump, applying to accurate temperature control and efficient heat transfer in the
circuit of precision mold and small-diameter mold.
◆ A number of safety devices, like anti-phase protector, pump overload protector, overtemperature protector
and low level protector, automatically detecting anomalies when malfunction occurs, with displaying indicator
light.
◆ Stainless steel electrical tube.
◆ Stainless steel interior, endurable in high pressure and anti-explosion.
