Standard Configuration


◆  Adopts P.I.D. temperature controller to accurately control regenerative temperature.


◆  The dehumidifying system of the series feature two coolers to ensure a low return air temperature and low dew-point.


◆  Return air filter is mounted inside to ensure no contamination t the honeycomb.


◆  Full molecular sieve, providing better honeycomb dehumidification than silica gel application.


Optional Configuration


◆ Centralized automatic control can be realized by optionally selected PLC touch screen controller.


◆ Optionally select dew-point monitor to realize dew-point real – time monitoring.


◆ Optionally select drying heater and its ntroller to work with drying hopper for material dehumidifying and drying.


◆  Optional heat-resistant air pipe,cyclone dust separator with floor stand,oil filter are available.


◆  Dew-point temperature at -50℃ can be set.

Working Principle

What is “honeycomb rotor”?

The main body of honeycomb rotor is formed by ceramic honeycomb which is made from ceramic fiber and organic addictive. Molecular sieve and silicone as basic material are crystallized and sintered at high temperature for hard surface and tightly attached to the internal wall of honeycomb. Therefore, it would not generate silt as barrel packaged or turntable molecular sieve to contaminate the plastic. The honeycomb rotor can be used permanently and can be washed, while the ordinary molecular sieve must be usually replaced for its easily getting saturate and aging. The water of moisture return air will be quickly absorbed by molecular sieve when it across innumerable ostioles of the honeycomb rotor, therefore the air is completely dehumidified and reaches a very low dew-point. Regenerating and dehumidifying happen simultaneously and follow the similar principle, except that their regeneration air flows in the opposite direction.
Application Range
The honeycomb dehumidifiers are mainly used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics.A honeycomb-rotor is used to offer effective drying.which under ideal conditions,can supply dehumidified dry air with a dew-point lower than -40℃.the largest of which can provide dry air up to quantity of 4,000m3/hr.
