XHD-75GD XINGKE industrial plastic hopper dryer machine
Standard Configuration
♦ Adopt hot air diffuser to gain an even hot air to improve drying efficiency.
♦ Unique hot air inlet elbow design can prevent dust liling up at bottom of the pipe heaters so as to avoid burning.
♦ All material contact surfaces are made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination.
♦ Hopper separated from its base,ensuring convenient cleaning.
♦ All series are equipped with exposed power switch.
♦ Material overheat protection device for the safety of machine operation
♦ Heater pipes are connected by aluminum sheets and other models are equipped with temperature protection to prevent heater pipe from damaging by blower faults.
♦ Overheat tripping can automatically cut off power when drying temperature exceeds set deviation value.
♦ Heatproof blower, extending the life of machine.
Main Features

5) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine .
During raw material processing, the hopper dryer blows a constant hot air into drying barrel through drying air fan, baking the material and taking the moisture within the hopper away for removing the moisture of raw material.
The air blown out by the blower becomes hot and dry after electronic heating, and through shade separator and screen separator the air can be evenly dispersed in the barrel to dry the raw material. Alternative hot air recycling device can be equipped, where the blown-out air enters the blower after filtrated and forms a closed loop to save power.
