Aging line for led bulbs has three groups of independent control

1.Dimensions : L 10000*W1520*H750 (mm)

2. Equipment structure : Loop chain conveying ,chain plate special lamp holder aging ,frequency conversion speed regulation .

3.Equiment Feature: Use for Led bulb and Led tube whole lamp /light inspection aging test through high voltage ,normal voltage ,low voltage ,roaming and impact .using full volage simulate the daily use of the whole light in the unstable working state , in the meanwhile set the intelligent scanning to test the lamp voltage electric current ,lamp power ,power factor and so on . which can be connected to the computer to print report .

Material Selection and composition

1.Power : the Motors use JiangSheng Brand 0.75KW frequency speed adjustment Motors manufactured by Jiangmen Motor Co.,Ltd,JiaCheng Brand 60 Model 1:10 speed reducer ,cyloid Pin 1 set , Aidel 2HP Frequency Converter ,imported from Taiwan for stepless speed regulation ,Linear speed at 0-2M/min can be regulated freely .

2.Machine body and stand : Mady of 40*40mm rectangle steel pipe by welding .Machine body is made with 130*23*2mm aluminum profile .Protective board is made of 1.5mm cold steel sheet by bending .Support legs are equipped with galvanized adjusted soles .

3.Conveying chain : C212 Double pitch single -side ear double hole chain manufactured by Shanghai Chain Factory .24m long .

4.Chain Plate : Made of 2mm thick 1400*148mm cold rolling sheet ,total 156 plates ,each with 4 Pieces of Led tubes brackets dedicated connectors and fixtures and 8 pieces E27 Screw sockets and with high disjunction small breakers ;On the chain plate bottom are installed eight conductive cooper ,on conductive block .

5.Daily Output : The whole line is able to age 624 pieces of Led tubes and 1284 pieces of led bulbs per hour .Calculated 8 hours working per day daily output 4992 pieces of led tube per day and 10272 pieces of led bulbs per day .

6.Electric Traceway : Convered with stainless steel .

7. Detecting Roaming zone : Set any zone as roaming zone to make the voltage fluctuate with the change of time at 180-220-250V .Roaming zone time controlled by PLC Microcomputer .

8 .Whole Line Voltage Zones : 5 Voltage regulators ,each 10KW ,Total 7 zones , with voltage regulators adjustable among 10-250V .

9.Electrical appliance control :Digital display is used for voltage control ,with 5 voltage regulators and i distribution control cabinet .Emergency switches are equipped for convenience .

10.Machine body color : The whole line chain plate surface is of black coating ,the aluminum profile is of original color and the rest is computer white color .
