BAOLI GROUP is the biggest manufacturer of bridge bearings, bridge expansion joints, HDPE PLB ducts in China. Introduction of General Plate-type Rubber Bearings (GJZ):
Bearings are designed for transmitting the load of the superstructure to the substructure, while allowing the specific movements and rotation of the superstructure caused by the wind or seismic effects, temperature variations, deck deflections, sinking of any of the supports, elastic shortening due to creeping, shrinkage or pre-stressing, etc.
Laminated rubber bearing consists of multi-layer rubber and thin steel sheet via vulcanization and adhesion. It has stuffiest vertical rigidity and is able to reliably transfer the opposite force of the upper structure to piers and it possesses very good elasticity to suit to the turn of the beam end. It also has great shearing deformation capacity, and can satisfy the horizontal displacement of the upper structures. plate Plate-type rubber bearings not only has fine technical performances, but also has simple structure, low price, no maintenance, easy to change, buffering and shock is isolating, low building height, and other characteristics. Therefore, it is welcomed and widely used in bridges.
General Rubber Bearing suits to bridges with span less than 30m and small displacement. Different flat shape suits to different bridge span structures: orthogonal bridges adopt rectangular bearing (for example, GJZ).
