Summary:
EB2088C type high temperature pressure transmitter adopts imported high temperature sensitive components, with high precision electronic components, after laser resistance trimming and temperature compensation, linear compensation, signal amplification, V/I conversion, pressure overload and other process of the process of strict assembly, and through long-term aging and stability, etc. Completed functional testing of over-voltage, over current, reverse, lightning electromagnetic interference,and etc. The product can work stably below 350ºC . Through the laser welding process between the core body and the stainless steel shell, so as to ensure the safe use of transmitter in the condition of high temperature. Between the sensor core body and the amplifier circuit, with PTFE gasket heat insulation and cooling device, the internal threading hole filled with high efficiency heat insulation material -aluminum silicate, effectively preventing the heat conduction, ensure that the amplification circuit part work stablely in the allowable temperature. According to customer’s requirement with the scene LED/ LCD meter display and output of industry standard 4 ~ 20mA signal, 0% ~ 100% linear pointer table, and to provide intelligent HART communication output.

4. What’s your production capacity and can you offer free samples?
A: Our production capacity is about 6,000 pieces per month, we can offer free samples, however ,you need pay for the samples first, and we will return it after you order the bulk orders.
A: For small orders (less than 20 pieces), we can deliver within 7 working days, for bulk orders, we usually need 15 working days Special accessories, order cycle may be longer . But if you need goods urgently, we can arrange expedited production.
