Water Spray Retort
This steam sterilizer is widely used for the high-temperature sterilization in foodstuff, beverage, soft can, medical needle etc. especially for second sterilization of the foodstuff which packed in pouch or box.
The main material is grade stainless steel (SUS304).
PLC control on the whole process of heating,insulation and cooling. During the sterilizing, This retort adopts automatic temperature and pressure record,circulation flow display, automatic control of water level.
Retort adopts huge flux of circulate hot water in heating. top straying and waving shower, decentralizing foodstuff soft packing fixed by layer. which is speedy thermal diffusion and uniform heat transmission.
This sterilizer adopts the hydraulic drive to start and close the door, and chain transmission in and out for bakset.
