The advantages of our retort

 

1, Uniform water exchange mode realizes uniform temperature without dead angle

This equipment is developed based on the Double Layers Water Bath Type Sterilizing Retort. Compared with double-layer sterilizing retort, it can increase output by 50%,and save energy. At the same time, users can reduce their investment cost greatly.
2,Uniform water exchange mode realizes uniform temperature without dead angle
The circulation water within the kettle is switched continuously in all directions to ensure uniform heat distribution during each period. Therefore, foods placed in different positions of the plate can receive ideal uniform heating, which can avoid dead angle, make quality guarantee period more stable and longer, and reduce change of Fvalue and overheating.
3, High Temperature Instant Sterilization
It adopts double tanks of hot water circulation to make sterilization. The sterilizing tank heats the water to required temperature (except multilevel sterilization) to reduce time of sterilization and improve working efficiency.
4,High Sterilizing Precision
It adopts international advanced technology, and makes use of hot water circulation and dipping sterilization. During sterilization, temperature, pressure,time,water intake,drainage,air intake and exhaust are controlled intellectually, and the temperature is precise(±0.5°C).
5,Energy Saving
The medium used during sterilization can be recycled, which can save energy, time and manpower, and reduce cost of production
6,Automatic Control System
1. Control through touchable screen rather than switches
2. Adopt chart panel rather than dial.
3. All periods are controlled by simulative sensor and automatic valve.
4.Pressure and temperature are displayed digitally.
5.All procedures are recorded in disk, and can be pinted through printer.
The entire sterilization is contolled by computer PLC,and no manpower is required.

7,The function of Fvalue measurement
Each sterilizing kettle manufactured by Liang gong Company can be installed with Fvalure Measure instrument which has the function of Fvalue measurement .The Fvalue software makes a Fvalue calculation every 3 seconds .All sterilizing data, including sterilizing condition ,Fvalue ,time-temperature curve and time-pressure curve can be recorded or printed after being processed by the software.
