Brief introduction:
This machine is specially designed for the crushing of the cans into round pellets to reduce the
transportation cost based on the many advantages of different crushers and combining the impact,
cutting,knocking,grinding functions together.
The cans grinder is one type of advanced grinding machinery combining many advantages of grinder,
which fully applies the theories of stamping, cutting, hitting and grinding. When cans grinder works,
cans can be grind fully and effectively in the crushing chamber, with high production, lower Energy
consumption and high efficiency and the crushing being uniform. Besides, The machine having
advantages as low noise , no pollution and easy operation and maintenance
Working theory:
The material is crushed by the rotating hammers with high speed and kneaded by the impact
between the underlay board and material in the crushing chamber.Adopted the air whirling system
which can select the nonmetal material from the crushed material.And the finished material size
can be adjusted according to customer's requirements by changing the screen downside.
Furthermore,if customer require,the whole system can be equipped with dust collector to avoid the
pollution.
Applications:
Any kind of cans made from Aluminium,iron such as beer popcan,paint can etc.
