Liquid glucose is made from corn starch through double enzyme technique.Lliquid glucose is colourless and transparent thick  liquid with moderate sweet taset and fragrance of maltose. The main composition is gulcose, maltose , maltotriose, and high polysaccharide. It has been used in  Candy , Drinks, and beer brewage ,
