The properties are similar with those of PBO roller sleeve.

PBO pads are mainly used in the initial area as the substitute for graphite slats. However, the abrasion is very severe using this way, and it is recommended to use roller sleeves instead. The areas of using POB strips are the high temperature zone (above 500°C) in the step-wise and parallel-moving cooling table for giant extruders (above 3000T).

Resin treatment is available on request for better abrasion resistance and longer service life.
