The properties are similar with those of Meta-Aramid belt.
Mainly used in the second-stage of the step-wise or parallel moving cooling table where the temperature resistance is around 280°C and wherever the pad is needed.
It can also be used as protection material in the profile baskets for aging oven.
Resin treatment is available on request for better abrasion resistance and longer service life.
Technical Data:
Color: white, light yellow(blending with Para-Aramid fiber)
Working Temp.: 250°C for long and short time (within 15 min.)
Overall thickness: 5mm-15mm with regular products of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm
Width: 60mm-2000mm with regular products of 60mm,70mm,75mm,80mm,100mm
Length: 200mm~30,000mm
Density: For felt part 350g/m·mm as standard, and customized up to 500g/m.mm
