When aluminium profile comes out of the extruder, the temperature is about 550°C and not many materials can stand such high temperature for long time. PBO fiber is the idea material that can resist temp. up to 600°C. The needle-punched roller sleeve that composed of PBO and Para-Aramid is ideal to use at extrusion mouth and beginning of the run-out table. It is the density of the POB layer enables the roller sleeve to work continuously under temperature of 550°C, and at the same time to stand the abrasion from different shapes of the profile.
