DEBAO-600S intelligent paper cup machine is newly design,2013 latest machine,it adopts photoelectric failure-detection system, our paper cup machine's reliable performance is guaranteed, thus offering a high speed and stable operation. This middle speed paper cup forming machine will auto-stop working when there is a failure. Thus it can greatly improve operation safety standard and help reduce labor force. It simplifies paper cup forming process. this machine can finish paper feeding, gluing, cup-bottom feeding, heating, knurling, cup-mouth curling, cup-collecting, etc. at one step. It is especially suitable for making paper cups with a height of 50-135mm

4.DEBAO-600S Selling points:
(1).Cam Transmission:
(2).Oil lubrication:
Whole machine is box type structures design,filling oil by spray lubrication system,that can reduce damage,
cooling effective,so that the machine can run fast.
(3).Photoelectric failure detect system is available,PLC control system for the whole cup forming process.
Servo control to send bottom paper of cup,deliver bottom when cup tube come,otherwise no bottom delivery
(4).Two steps for curling:
The first step use the internsl expand rotational molding,in faver of improving the paper forming intensity The second step curling use heat setting,the mouth of curling not only appear very nice,but also keep dimension stability.
(5).Electrical parts :
We choose international famous brands,such as Japan-Omron,Japan-Yaskawa,France-Schneider,Swizerland- Leister,Taiwan-Airatac.The control system we use PLC programmable controller and touch scree interface.
