10-35 WPCE equipment wire line pressure control equipment :
Wellhead Wireline Pressure Control Equipment is used for testing and paraffin treatment in flowing oil well, gas well, water injection well and coalbed methane testing. The unit supplies buffer and transitional area for string running with pressure to hole, could satisfy the wellhead seal requirement and there is no overflow. Simple operating, safe and reliable function. Working pressure is 10MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa and 105MPa. Standard ID is 30mm, 52mm, 62mm(65mm), 76mm(78mm), 89mm, 102mm(103mm), 120mm, 140mm, 160mm and 180mm. Our factory has the ability to design products to adapt to different environment according to clients ' requirements.
The whole Wellhead Wireline Pressure Control Equipment is composed of Grease Injection Control Head, Top Catcher, Lubricator, Bottom Catcher (include testing blowout assly), BOP, Pump-in Tee, Up sheave, Down sheave, Crossover Flange, Quick testing Assly, all kinds of pipes and other components which necessary.
Features and Benefits:
1.Grease Injection Control Head is operated by remote hydraulic manual pump, which could seal wellhead in time and promise safety of operation. A lube oil cup mounted on top of Grease Injection Control Head, which is as lubricator for downing cable and assistant for setting tools in well.
2.Top and Bottom Catcher is double safe feature, in order to prevent string tools dropping in well. Top Catcher is by hydraulic remote control, Bottom Catcher has manual operation system if hydraulic system is fault. There is pressure testing blowout sub, which for checking wellhead pressure, releasing left pressure in Lubricator and pressure self-check.
3.Lubricator supplies buffer and transitional area for string tools, which connected by many Union Lubricators. Single Lubricator is 0.8—3m, the number of lubricator and total length could be decided by operation. Titanium alloy Lubricator is much better quality and lightweight than normal steel materials.
4.BOP could be separated by Single, Dual, Triple and Quad Ram. Hydraulic or Manual control.
5.There is antifreeze& unfreeze and pressure self-check system.
7.Up& Down sheave is selected of Aluminium alloy, and has the function of preventing cable jump.
9.According to different service conditions, our factory supply HP/HT Wellhead Wireline Pressure Control Unit with H2S&Acid services.
