GH-CNC428 spring coiling machine Description:
1.GH-CNC428 spring coiling machine is a four-axis computerized compression spring making machine consisting of wire feeding axis, outside diameter axis, space axis and cutting tool axis. The four axes can work independently or synchronously.
2.The upper and lower blocks are driven by two motors independently for controlling the space and cutting tool. The two axes can be exchanged.
3.The space can be adjusted by two methods easily and flexibly: cam inclined knife and shaft pushing.
4The spring outside diameter can be adjusted easily by means of setting the program and the outside diameter axis is working independently.
5.This machine can manufacture the compression springs of any shape without adjusting the mechanical parts and absolutely avoid changing the cam plate.
6.This machine can manufacture various compression springs, oil seal springs, battery springs, taper springs, double-taper springs, safe springs, clip spring as well as various simple wire molding.
