Descriptions:
The MMA/TIG/MIG welder, as the name implies, is multi-functional welding equipment integrated with manual metal arc welding, metal-inert gas welding, and tungsten inert gas welding methods. It comes with value-added features and low current start technology. Under the condition of duty-cycle factor up to 40%, the welding machine has the current output higher than other similar power supply, and meanwhile, it still works stably even when the current is extremely low. Other functions including whole-process control, impulse control, and power factor correction are available too.
We supply goods in two forms. One kind is single welding power source, and the other is welded complete set of configurations. The MMA/TIG/MIG welder is suitable for welding low-carbon steel, lightweight alloy structural steel, aluminum, stainless steel, photovoltaic products and etc. It can used as manual metal arc welding machine, metal-inert gas welding machine, or tungsten inert gas welding equipment.
Features:
1. The MMA/TIG/MIG welder is of split type structure. It is constituted by the welding power source, wire feeder, and the welding gun, the three parts are conveniently to connect or combine.
2. It adopts IGBT technology of single-phase inverter and built-in wire feeder to feed wire stably and powerfully, providing a powerful guarantee for the efficient welding of large-diameter welding sticks
3. Digital control system is used for the pre-setting or real-time display of welding parameters. Users can directly read the relevant data.
4. Perfect waveform control contributes to the stability of welding electric arc, the welding machine has excellent welding performance, and seldom has spatters when using.
5. Designed with thermal overload and over-current protection functions, the MMA/TIG/MIG welder will be automatically switched off to prevent malfunctions when the power is overloaded. The prevention of equipment failures helps reduce the maintenance cost.
6. New appearance design has improved the dustproof performance of the welding machine by a larger margin. That is why it is suitable for the application in outdoor environment where there is too much dust.
