Characteristic of configuration of rewinding and slitting machine:
- By surface rewinding to achieve rewind .
- The machine is suitable for rewind and slitting the plastic films such as CPP,PET and Metallized films.
- By closed loop to control the unwind tension which consist of magnetic powder brake,tension sensor and tension controller.
- Equipped with a photoelectricity tracking and correction device.
- Equipped with an automatic counter to set the length of production during working.
- By imported drive to control the working speed of machine.
- Both rewind shaft and unwind shaft are pneumatic inflate shafts.
- By pneumatic devices to control rewind pressure.There is each pressure controller on both rewind shafts to control the suitable rewind pressure.
