1.  Warranty

We provide a 12 month warranty for main units of all the manufactured at our own factory. The warranty begins with product shipment to customers. Whenever the customers promptly notify us of warranty claim, we are ready to provide services of adjustment, reparation and/or replacement (with new or exchanged replacement parts) on any unit of our products.

2. After Sale Service

In case of any claim for after sale service, the customer shall provide us a problem report with detailed information including but not limited to Model Name, Serial Number S/N: and Concrete description of problem. DONGJIANG (CMICS) shall have no obligations to accept any service claim without problem report. Once a problem report is received, DONGJIANG (CMICS) will notify  the customer and offer a solution within two working days.
