CHINA best gypsum block production line
The introduction of product process
1.As the main materials, gypsum powder is transported to dosing system by screw conveyor and then it flow into mixer after dosing system weighs gypsum powder each time.
2.Inside the mixer, certain amount of water and other admixture are agitated and become slurry, the slurry is then poured into mould cavity of forming machine.
3.After initail seting time, top tenon of a block is cleaned with the help of slurry scratching device, after setting final setting, hydraulic lifting device will push the formed gypsum block from mould cavity, a full-automatic pneumatic clamp will take blocks onto trolleys.
4.Then trolleys are moved to change its transport direction through zoon 1,. and pushed into drying kiln for drying the wet gypsum block,
5.After those blocks become dry, then are moved to the unloading clamp through direction changing zone 2, where packed and sent to storage area, the empty trolleys are then moved back.
