Mould CavityCharacteristics of Our Gypsum Block Equipments
1. By introducing advanced experience of gypsum block equipment globally and taking examples from German Salzgitter's Gypsum Block Production Line with annual capacity of 400,000 sqms, we finally achieve a perfect and mature gypsum block production line which bears indepedent intellectual property rights. At present, our production line possesses 7 patent technologies as follows: material storage system, automatic dosing system, mixing and forming system, space claming system, drying system, package system, automatic-controlling heat resource system and so on.
2. Since 1999 when we produced the first gypsum block production line, our products have been updated for seven times during the past ten years under the efforts of our engineers and technicians. The grand total annual capacity of our sold products has broken through 8000, 000 sqms, which accounts for two thirds of the auditable installed capacity in China.
Introduction of Gypsum Block

Gypsum Block:
At present, the development of gypsum block is to meet the requirements of wall materials for economic construction. It integrates all gypsum advantages and characteristics:
1. Breathing(Self-regulating room humidity)
2. Nonflammable
3. Fire-proofing
4. Pest free
5. Light weight but solid
6. Prefabricating and with high value
7. Sound proofing
In order to meet customers' requirements, gypsum blocks has formed its own standard. China issued Gypsum Block National Standard JC/T698-1999 as follows:
Physical dimension
Size: Length 666±5mm
Width 500±2mm(three blocks equals 1 sqm wall surface)
Thickness 80, 100, 120, 150, 180±0.5mm
Level up degree: Two main surfaces(666*500) must be slick and flat Core: The maximum deviation of the central line should be 1.5mm when gypsum block gather in with each otherAfter finishing the installation of gypsum blocks, unshaded surfaces should reach a slick and smooth effect without whitewashing.
Introduction of Gypsum Block Production Process
1. Measuring and weighing section
1.1 Building Gypsum
The system will send a signal according to the amount of material in weighing silo. Once receiving the signal, the building gypsum in material silo is conveyed to weighing silo by weight through screw conveyor. The screw conveyor will stoping working after the marterial of weighing silo reach a set point.
1.2 Water
The water from plant pipe network is conveyed to weighing tank, which is controlled by electromagnetic valve. When the water in tank comes to a set point, the electromagnetic valve will be turned off. The water tank is installed a level gauge which can set a desired value by DCS system.
2. Forming Section
The measured building gypsum is steadily conveyed to the mixer by high-speed screw conveyor when water depends on gravity being conveyed to the mixer by air-operated valve. After the two stuff are steadily mixed into gypsum plaster by the mixer at a high speed, it will be poured into forming machine for strengthening. Then the hydraulic scraping device will scrape a tongue and groove, from which gypsum blocks are lifted by the hydraulic jacking machine. By two-dimension space clamp, formed gypsum block are extracted and transferred to drying machine.
3. Drying Section
Formed gypsum blocks can be removed moisture by sun or by artificial drying which is at buyer's option. We can provide transverse and longitudinal air tunnel dryer and technology to our buyers.
4. Packing and Storing Section
Kiln-dried gypsum blocks can be mannually or mechanically packed at buyer's option. We can provide fully-automated packing machine with functions of trays supply
