Weida complete set glazed tile production line is characterized by high automation, advanced technology, fluid whole production process; the degree of automation could completely compared with the same kind machine of developed countries while the price is just 1/3 of theirs, thus be much appreciated by customer both home and abroad.
The representive of typical technology takes example as below:
Raw material preparation: three time double shafts mixing, double time high speed roll grinder, aging tank stock material, the whole material preparation is done full automatically.
Extrusion and press: adopt hydraulic multi-bucket excavator uniformly supply material, after double shafts mixed, use 350 vacuum extruder to make the high density rough brick, by auto cutter cutting and convey them to WYH-100-1 full auto press. The press is Weida patent product and the core equipment of whole production line, it’s equipped with auto manipulator and special die-take off device, the pressure is large and the capacity is high, realized full automatic by joint with back and forth device.
Load rough brick to car: when rough brick is ready, it loads to drying car automatically by intelligent loader. According to the set program, it loads the rough brick from top to down automatically. The whole process is stable, precise and reliable; solve the problems which need more manual and the quality couldn’t be guaranteed of tradition process.
Drying, glazing and sintering: the pressed brick into drying kiln, it out of kiln when after drying, then reverse process of load tile: intelligent un-loader will unload the tile from drying car, and sent to kiln after glazing, and then unload from kiln car and auto packing when it finished sintering. The whole process realized full automatic.
