Generally,the below refer to basic processing flows in Metal Stamping:
Step 1- tooling making which include single stamping die and progressive tooling
Step 2- stamp all the dimentional accuracy,bend the main body and some special process.
Step 3- in-process inspection
Step 4- surface treatment accordingly based on engineer drawing.
Step 5- IQC inspection random /full inspeciton based on demand.
Step 6- standard export packaging and forward the cargo.
