High-precision smart blown film machine weight controller
Automatic save daily output and class output for 12 kinds of product. Host speed
detection and fast response of automatic compensation. A phase and B phase double
phase counting. Host feeding leakage alarm, belt slippage alarm, host shutdown alarm,
starved feeding warning, no material automatic shutdown , traction linearity detection
alarm, unloading shaft alarm, alarm output is too low, quantitative production alarm.
Why should we use weight controller in blown film machine?
1. Labor savings. Weight control should operated by high experience of workers.
Workers do not have to re-checks weight. Do not worry about running out material.
After 2 seconds traction of film, a minute to reach the standard value.
2 Easy management. Display the current output, automatically save the annual output,
can check daily output and class output.
3. Save raw materials, avoid weight measuring repeat when reboot and change recipe.
Amend work. Automatically adjusts to reaches the set value soon. Reduce scrap.
Reduce labor intensity .
4. Magnetic systems. Blown film overall weight fairly standard and improve product
quality and competitiveness.
5. Weight tolerance run in negative direction. Assurance the quality of product and
save the material.
6. No need worry about too big, too heavy, too light. Avoid
Display in left side is set part, right is real time part.
Stop: At halted state
Running: At running state
Manual: Manual mode, control traction motor by touch screen
Auto: Auto mode, control traction motor by computer.
Traction frequency: Income frequency by touch screen. Or minitrim the traction
frequency by up and down key of touch screen.
Setting weight and length of bag: Income one or several bag’s length and
weight.(importance)
Setting width and thickness of bags: Only show real thickness of bag in right side.
Setting length and weight of roll.Set the weight of one roll and alarm when reach the set
value.
Hopper low: automatic add material when lower than 1.5kg set value.
Hopper high: automatic add material when lower than 3.5kg set value.
Hopper weight: Display the real weight of the hopper
Hopper flow: Display the real flow of the hopper
Alarm value of change net: Alarm when output lower than set value.
A/B gram weight corrected value: Tolerance corrected value of actual weight and
system control weight is 1.000,if actual weight is overweight than system control weight,
should decrease the value. Otherwise increase. General value should not lower than
0.9600(system default A corrected value)
(in the setup interface)traction/host highest frequency: correspond the highest
frequency of inverter.
Pull out film: These is pull out film frequency in setup in interface. Client can can
adjust this value as their habit. Automatic switch to this value when you click pull out
key at starting up.
Quantitative production: Set to the order quantity of client. Alarm when reach this
value. Actual output display on the interface when reset.
Host speed s/r:display host screw actual speed.How many second every rotate.
Stock interface: Can stock up 12 kinds of product maximum. Choose them when you
need.
Output saving application: Class A and class B every day. Autosave to each class.
Switch to autosave in output saving interface. Set 2 time(hour),system will autosave
when reach this set time. After manual change shift, you should switch to current class
so that the system can autosave next time. Please noted that need to save the output
before changing net, otherwise will lose the current output. You may also save every
class by hand. Ourput save by hand need to manual change shift and click the output
save key.
Product stock application: Maximum save 12 kinds of product on the stock page. You
may save the current weight and length to every address. You can also save every
address to the current weight
