Work Principle of  Automatic Carbon Steel Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer

After the material entering into the machine through feed inlet,under the effect of vibration, the material make the throwing straight forward movement  along the horizontal direction ,the hot air move upwards through the fluidized bed,and make the heat exchange with the wet material,the wet air is discharged through outlet after dedusting by cyclone separator,and the dried material is discharged through the discharge gate.

2,Uniform fluidization, without phenomenon of  gap and blowing out,and get uniform drying and cooling product ;
