Description
YGM High-Pressure Grinding Mills Devices With ISO is mainly used to the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical, and mining, etc.YGM High-Pressure Grinding Mills Devices With ISO can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and moisture below 8%, such as barite, limestone,ceramic, slag, more than 280 kinds of materials. finished product can be adjusted from 80 meshes to 600 meshes. It can produce 30-80 meshes coarse power with the added special mechanism inside the machine.
Operation principles
In the mainframe of high suspension mill, there are strong springs with pressure as high as 1000-1500 kg equipped on the roller suspender, when operating, the roller rotates around the principle axis and clings to ring under the effect of the strong spring and eccentricity. Its press is 1.2 times of Raymond mill under the same process condition, so the production is largely increased.
When the materials are sent into the crushing cavity, they are brought to the space between the roller and ring, and get ground, then the powder having been ground are blown into separator. The fine powder after departed with air is discharged through the outlet as final product, the large-sized powder falls back for regrinding, the circulating air will be back to the blower for repletion of the above process, the lest air will come to the bag filter to get cleaned.
The length of the strong spring can be adjusted to keep invariable pressure between the roller and ring while the wear and tear between roller and ring reach certain degree, and finally make the stable production and fineness.
Featurs
1. Compared with the common Raymond grinding mill under the same power conditions, the capacity can be increased by 10-20%, under the performance of high-perssure springs, the roller grinding pressure on raw materials can be raised by 800-1200kg.
2.All the mineral materials with mohs hardness below 9.3 can be crushed.
3. Large scope of the finished products size: coarse size can reach 0.163mm(30meshes) at the maximum, dust removing effect can reach 0.033mm(425), and some can be 0.013mm.
4. Meets the national dust-dump standard.
5. The separator can be adjusted very easily.
6. The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the ginding equipment tightly closed.
