Product Description

 

GA-5000DN is based on a tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology principle, including three parts: pretreatment, gas analysis module and data processing and display. After dusting by sampling probe, sampling by heating pipe, the measured gas is analyzed by the hot gas analysis module (TDLAS technique).It is an effective solution to the technical problem that ammonium salt crystallization plugs flow at low temperature ,and that absorption of NH3 by condensation water leads to low measurement precision, and that in situ system high dust attenuation light path leads to unmeasurable. 

        

 

 

Technical Principle

 

 

Gas sample in flue passes through gas probe, primary filtration, sampling ball valve and secondary filtration in the chassis, then reaches to measuring cell. After analysis the density and humidity of all components, the sample gas will be drained through sampling pump.

 

By controlling sampling ball valve and back-blowing solenoid valve, the system can regularly back-blow to the probe. It can also realize the regular calibration of the analyzer by controlling sampling ball valve and calibration solenoid  valve.

 

Whole gas channel is with 150℃ high temperature heat tracing which completely avoids condensed water.

 

By adopting UV DOAS technology in analysis module, it effectively avoid the interference of dust and humidity.
