Working fluid (concentrated)

Apply to CNC wire cut EDM machine.

Use method:

1. Before first use, please follow the instruction.
2. Before use, please thoroughly clean the cooling system with mixed fluid. The cooling system includes tank, pump, working table, wire-winding part and so on. It is better to open and clean the pump. Please don’t rinse with water directly.
3. While mixing, dilute in a ratio of 1 part fluid to 20-25 parts water (If the thickness of workpiece is more than 300mm, the dilution ratio is 1:20 ).
4. When working 3-4 days or the water levels fall, please add new fluid to the tank. Make sure using the mixed fluid.
5. When working a long time, please replace new fluid in time. This can guarantee machining precision.
6. In order to achieve ideal effect, please clean the finished workpiece with mixture like BM-11 detergent. If keep the workpiece for a short time, please dry it. For a long time, please use BM-50 rust-proofing agents.

Important:

1. Ordinary tap water can be used to mix with the working fluid. Don’t use the well water, hard water, unclean water or other mixture. The purified water is recommended.
2. Before completion of processing, please use magnet to hold down the workpiece.
3. Don’t let machine stop for a long time avoiding being eroded. If stop for a long time, please clean the machine bed and its cooling system, then dry it for spare.
4. If installing filterable water-cycling system or filter in work table and water tank inlet, the working fluid will be much cleaner and the use life will be longer.
