Unwinding system:
1. Unwinding shat is 3inch airshaft.
2.Unwinding tension controlling system:It’s inluded in high precision rotary encoder,Magnetic powder braker,Tension sensor,PLC, 7inch Touchscreen etc.human-machine talking conveniently.Total system can make the film suitable nervous.When unwinding diameter change smaller and smaller,the tension will change based on the changalbe unwinding diameter.
Rewinding system:
1. Rewinding Edge position controlling system:Photosensor get the signal and send it to ntroller give the signal to execution equipmentand let the unwinding part move right and left making the film edge orderliness.EPC range: ±50mm.Precision: ±0.1mm
2.Rewinding tension controlling system: It’s inluded in high precision rotary encoder,Magnetic powder braker,Tension sensor,PLC, 7inch Touchscreen etc.human-machine talking conveniently.Total system can make the film suitable nervous.When unwinding diameter change smaller and smaller,the tension will change based on the changalbe unwinding diameter.
3.Rewinding adopts 3inch airshaft.With extra 6inch airshaft sleeve and fixer.
4. meter-counter and corona treatment equiment is included .
5.Flash light keep the same step with the machine by flash sensor.
