ONE--Description:
Anti-corrosion Sampling Composite Pipe With Heating Cable is a important part of environmental analysis monitoring system. Consist of anti-corrosion high performance resin tube, heat tracing cable,compensating cable,thermal insulating layer.and outer sheath anti-flaming PE. As for the heat tracing cable can self regulating the temperature, so it can maintain the tube in some degree temperature, then can keep the collect sample stay same with initial state. Of course ensure the environmental analysis monitoring system can continuous and corrective collect sample gas.
TWO--Pipe Technical Parameters:
Electric index-
1- power at 10 °C: 15w/m
2- nominal voltage: 220v
3- max heating length: 100~150m
4- equiped with circuit breaker, the current value is 30A. If the pipe length ≥50m, should use with dedicated automatic current limiter
Thermal index-
1- below 20°c, wind speed 15m/s, pipe maintain temperature is 40~50 °C.
2- acid and alkali resist, pressure resist 1.0Mpa no leakage.
3- composite sampling tube can work in the ambient temperature below 200°c.
Insulating index-
1- Min bending radius: 0.5m
2- Max continuous length: 100m~150m,
3- Min installation temperature: below 10°c
4- Min fixed distance: vertical 5m,horizontal 2m
THREE--Sampling system:
Anti-corrosion sampling composite pipe can combine various material type sampling pipe, such as Teflon PFA, PEP, PE, nylon601, copper tube, 316SS, 304SS and so on.
The system efficient heat insulation, inflaming retarding and light insulating layer. with self regulating heating cable or constant wattage heating cable.
