So, the Railway Snow Melting MI Heater Cable is designed.

Railway turnouts snowmelt system is one of the auxiliary equipment railway turnout switching equipment, the use of the basic rail of the turnout at the waist, rail slope and tow point at fixed clamp flat ribbon straight, U-shaped and L-shaped electric heating strip tight solid mounted, and supporting control device, through the acquisition of rail temperature, air temperature and snowfall information, automatic control turnout heating circuit work, and remote monitoring, dynamic monitoring of the ambient temperature, the rail temperature, snowfall state, the heating time, heating circuit status parameters.

 

Product Features:

    (1) electric heating strip is a nickel-chromium stainless steel shell heat transfer body, built to optimize nickel-chromium resistance wire as the heat source, is filled with a dense mineral magnesium oxide thermal insulation layer between the electric wire and housing;
    (2) The mineral insulated heating cable proprietary sealing technology; ensure the electrical performance of snowmelt heating strip does not exceed 20% decline in a decade; suitable for railway track turnout and basic heating requirements, the pressure can be up to 2500V, without breakdown phenomenon;
    (3) Article snowmelt heating resistant to vibration, impact resistance, corrosion-resistant features. End of the wire cable in order to increase the wear resistance of polyurethane sheath strong resistance, tear and chemical resistance, as well as oil, grease, gasoline, water, ozone, UV radiation, hydrolysis and microbes.
