Description

Heating wire:copper alloy wire
Series structure without voltage drop;the temperature of whole cable is even.
Insulation material:cross linked polyethylene(XLPE)
The long-term working temperature is 105°C,The instantaneous overload temperature is 205°C .
Ground wire:Tin plated copper
8 tin plated copper wires with a diameter of 0.4mm.
Shieldinglayer:Luminum foil
Thickened Aluminum composite membrane shielding layer can shield the electromagnetic radiation effectively which already passed the American electromagnetic radiation detection and the European U nion CE certification.

Installation
Notes
1). Heating cable fix materials: Aluminum tape.
2). Cross tube materials: Use steel or PVC tube.
3). Don't damage cable. The bend radius should be more than 6 times of thickness of cable.
4). Heat insulation materials should be dry and the joint of cable should be sealed.
5). The junction box should be sealed.
6). Protective sleeve must not be damaged during installation, and the core wire can not bare.
7). The heating cable should be installed accurately according to the design graphics.
