Our factory produces Multistage bearing cold former. From type 11Bfive stages to 33Bsix dies with 20types machine.We also could make special machine according the customers requirement.
The main body adopt qt500 cast metal. Great tensile strength, high resistance to wear.
The main slide block adopt V types design and alloy steel. Strict heat treatment. It could guarantee the high precision and stability under high speed working.
The driving gear of tongs adopt planetary gear. It could strict control tongs overturn/translation and make the feeding correctly.
The machine have air brake system/automatic malfunction detection system/safety protect device. It will be automatic stop when it has malfunction. Easy operation, High Safe.
