8) Over the guaranty date, we will maintain and serve for you always, but we have to charge based on the damage parts cost,
whenever you need engineer to maintain the screen ,all have to pay the engineer two round way ticket ,lodge and board fee ,and other related transportation fee in your country , and if over the warranty date ,besides the ticket ,room and board fee ,you have to pay engineer one day USD100 each person for their working ,

9) Installation: usually we don’t responsible for the installation on the site, customer provide the installation place pictures and tell us the detailed requirement after sign the contact, then our company will provide the diagram for installation and screen connection, then customers will install the screen according to our diagram, if you want to invite our engineer to guide the installation for you is ok too,

10) Training manner : we will train one engineer for you at least by long-distance control in internet and phone or you can send one engineer to our factory to accept the training one week or you invite our engineer to guide installation and train one engineer for you in your country ,

(You could send your staff who have some knowledge of electricity and computer to our factory and we will provide free training of how to maintain and repair.) Training time is one week,

11) Meeting: Each month, our company will have one meeting for the customers, consulting good ideas together for solving led signs problems during using , and new led signs exploring in the market ,we care closely the led signs development and improvement ,join together with each customer ,ready well to providing you strong technology support anytime !
