Brief Introduction :

DLUK Pressure Controllers (also known as
Pressure Switches) are used for point to point
pressure control in industrial process
measurement and control systems.

Working Principle

When building controller products, each of these
has a certain working pressure limit(working
range). Within this limit, the pressure value at
which you want the switch to act can be
predetermined, this pressure value is also called
“set-point” of the switch. Where in service,
when
process pressure varies beyond (greater or lower than) the set-point value, a sensor acts to operate
an internal microswitch to turn on or turn off the system loop. A controller is normally equipped
with a SPDT microswitch, the SPDT switch can be set Normal-Open or Normal-Closed. Under
Normal-Open condition, the action of the switch turns on the loop, while Normal-Closed, it turns
off the loop.
