Introduction of Steel Meshed Reinforced Polyethylene Pipe:
Steel wire reinforced polyethylene composite pipe (SRTP) adopts spiral-wrap reticulate frame twined with high strength as reinforced object, and use high performance bonding resin layer to adhere steel wire frame to high density polyethylene inside and outside together. This kind of bonding resin is a high-efficiency bonding material, which is a kind of modified HDPE, so it can be fused with HDPE after heating, meanwhile, its polar bond has a strong connecting performance with steel, which solve the problem that there is no bonding element between steel and HDPE and make the composite effect more excellent. As adopting high-quality material and advanced processing art, SRTP owns higher overpressure-proof characteristic, therefore, the pipe owns good flexibility, which makes it suitable for long-distance transportation for water, gas, corrosive medium, suspended substance and so on.
Characteristics of Steel Meshed Reinforced Polyethylene Pipe:
