Head features
Head bearing base is made by 20mm and 30mm thick steel plate, ensuring the head smoothly running, reinforce head strength.
Cylinder features
1. Joint flange use 8 mm steel plate,M14 bolt, effectively guarantee the drag conveyor’s overall strength.
2. Drag conveyor side add 8 mm thick 16Mn steel, reducing material abrasion to side panel, greatly improve drag conveyor service life.
3. Adopt direct driving reducer with hard gear surface, reliable, high transmission efficiency.
4. Coupler cover is split type, convenient for maintenance.
Base features
1. The tail adopts spiral tensioning or gravity tensioning device, trapezoidal thread driving can improve driving efficiency.
