CNC automatic horizontal cylinder boring machine factory
BYT CNC boring and rolling machine is mainly used for processing the holes in steel cylinder barrel (applies to ordinary steel pipes and cold drawn steel pipes). It mainly adopts advanced European composite technology of boring and rolling and is equipped with imported and domestic cutters. It can complete boring and rolling function within one reciprocating operation. Its machining accuracy can reach level IT8 while surface roughness reaches Ra0.1-0.4um. Compared with the traditional "Boring and honing" process, its processing efficiency is high and it can save 80%-90% of time. It is provided with Siemens CNC system in terms of electrical control system, resulting in high degree of automation.

Our company is not only the equipment manufacturer of CNC boring and rolling machines but also the direct user of such equipment. We have six sets of CNC boring and rolling machine (one set of 12m machine, one set of 9m machines, 3 sets of 6m machine, one set of 12m machine), mainly used in the processing of cylinders from Zoomlion, Sany and Sunward and other export cylinder. The machines of 9m and 12m type are mainly used for the processing of telescopic cylinders in truck crane of Zoomlion, Sany and Sunward.
A. Team Advantages: The company currently employs more than 280 people, including over 50 technical and management persons with bachelor degree or above. There are 12 R&D persons who also can carry out the design of on non-standard hydraulic cylinder. The company has a group of experienced workers with more than 20 years of field experience in production and processing. In order to adapt the pace of social development and progress, the company organizes personnel training and introduces fresh blood from outside from time to time. As a response to the state’s call for the "integration of production, study and research", the company has entered into research and development agreements with colleges and universities, which enhances the strength and R & D strength of our team. It has successfully obtained titles such as “Private Technology Enterprises in Jiangsu Province”, "Wuxi High-tech Enterprise", and "Jiangsu High-tech (Back-up) Enterprises”.
B. Design Advantages: Our company has rich experience in the research, development and design of equipment. The coal screen, CNC honing machine, and large hole boring machine used in our company are developed and manufactured by ourselves, from which it has made considerable benefits. In 2008, in order to satisfy the market demand for cylinders, we developed and designed the CNC boring and rolling machine on our own which had reached the advanced world standard. The device received a title of “High-tech Products in Jiangsu Province”, and the company has gained five utility model patents because of such invention.
C. Manufacture advantages: The company has advanced processing equipment, testing equipment and a set of processing crafts. Now, it has three sets of drawing unit, six sets of CNC boring and rolling machines, CNC machine tools, and other types of processing equipment totaled 260 sets. It also has ultrasonic cleanliness tester, tensile testing machine and other testing equipment totaled more than 500 sets. Based on past experience in processing, we have summed up a complete set of processing technology, which not only improves the output but also saves the environment.
D. Cost advantages: The company markets its own product. Its raw materials come from the four domestic famous enterprises of Tianjin Seamless Pipe Corporation, Hubei Xinyegang Steel Co., Ltd., Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd. and Baosteel Group Corporation, which ensures the quality from the source while saving material costs. Some parts on the hydraulic cylinders and equipment are all processed by our company, which saves materials and reduces processing costs. Therefore, our products have certain advantage in terms of price.
E. Quality advantages: The company had passed the certification of ISO9001-2008 quality management system in 2011, and our products are totally produced in accordance with the requirements of such standard.
