Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per GB/T 4985-2010 Standard Penetration Test for Petroleum Waxes. It is used to determine the penetration of petroleum waxes. It can also be used to determine solid fine particle, powder, colloid and raw-food materials such as cheese, glycine, butter, cream and leavening. It can be widely used in food industry, highway engineering and other industrial fields.
I. Main technical features
1. It adopts digital display to show penetration value. Easy to observe.
2. It adopts 6 grades of timing control. Operator can choose it according to requirement.
3. It has functions for both coarse and fine adjustment to make needle penetrate into sample accurately.
II. Main technical specifications
1. Measuring range: (0~600) penetration
2. Timing control: 5s, 8s, 10s, 12s, 30s, 60s can be selected. The bias is within ±0.1s.
3. Resolution: 0.01mm
4. Penetration precision: ±1 penetration
5. Heating power: 200W
6. Temperature control precision: (25±0.1) degrees Celsius(Note:ambient temperature shall not over 20degrees Celsius)
7. Temperature control mode: High accuracy digital temperature controller

9. Stirring: Automatically stirred by magnetic stirrer

11.Needle holder: It can be adjusted roughly and finely without measurable frication to make the needle aim the sample conveniently.
