With the integral self-loading design, XZ1000 horizontal directional drilling rig adopts the closed energy saving circuit, electro-hydraulic proportional control, load sensing control and other advanced control technologies and the patent technologies of the Company. Its main performance parameters and control technologies have reached the international advanced level. The important components such as hydraulic system are all world famous brand, ensuring the high reliability.
I. Technical Features
Hydraulic system: the closed energy saving circuit, load sensing control, electro-hydraulic proportional control and other advanced control technologies as well as imported elements with reliable quality are adopted.
Rotation: low-speed and high-torque motor drive, two speeds, automatic high-pressure protection
Push-pull: gear rack push-pull, continuous regulation of two speeds, high work efficiency.
Cab: all-weather double-person cab, in which the steering and operating devices are concentrated, and which is easy to operate.
Engine: turbine engine with high power reserve, ensuring the drilling power and emergency needs.
Drill tower: assembled high-strength drill tower suitable for drill stems of different length; sliding drill tower easy to adjust the angle.
Drill stem clamp: full-floating clamp and truck crane, making it easy to mount and dismount the drill stem
Crawler: self-propelled steel crawler with high moving strength
Wired travel: it’s easy and fast to transport the machine between work sites.
Supervision: more than 10 parameters including the engine, hydraulic pressure and filtration are supervised and alarmed, effectively to protect the machine.
Emergency operation: the manual operation system is installed to adapt for the emergency and ensure the construction safe.
II. Main Technical Parameters
IV. Configuration of Main Components
XZ1000 horizontal direction drilling rig is an integral directional drilling device composed of the chassis, power unit, drill tower, engine system, vice, cab, truck crane, hydraulic system, electrical system and other components.
1. Chassis
The chassis is mainly composed of the main frame and the left and right travel devices. The rear end of vehicle frame is fitted with hydraulic outriggers. The built-in planet speed reducer (including the motor) is adopted with high output torque and compact structure for travel speed reducer. The adoption of wired travel and continuous speed regulation makes it easy and safe to transport, load and regulate the machine.
2. Engine System
The powerful KTA19 turbocharged engine with the rated power up to 392KW supplied by Chongqing Cummins Company is adopted. This engine is economic on fuel, and fitted with water radiator, ensuring a long service time.
3. Power Unit
The power unit which is directly driven by the low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor is compact, high-efficiency and capable to regulate the speed continuously from high to low or from low to high so it is suitable for various work conditions. The power unit is fitted with damping device which can protect the drill stem threads effectively.
4. Push-pull Device
The push-pull device transfers the push force or pull force to the power unit through the motor, speed reducer and gear/rack mechanism. This device is strong, reliable and stable. Therefore, the drill tower can slide back and forth easily to adjust the drilling angle and climbing angle.
5. Strong Drill Stem Clamp
It is composed of the upper and lower vices which tighten or loosen the drill stem threads along with the rotation and movement of power unit. The clamp can move on the drill tower back and forth through the motor drive and the spacing between front and rear vices are adjustable.
6. Truck Crane
The full-rotation and telescopic-boom crane is adopted, facilitating the lifting, loading and unloading of drill stem and other drill devices so that the labor intensity is reduced.
7. Cab
The double-person cab with air conditioner is adopted, in which the operator and the driver can work together. This cab is comfortable and easy to operate.
8. Electrical System
This system composed of the left and right consoles, instrument console and travel control box is mainly used to control such functions as the rotation, push-pull, vice and travel and to supervise the parameters of engine and hydraulic system and provide safety protection. The electro-hydraulic proportional control can realize the continuous speed regulation. Additionally, the spare manual emergency system is installed.
9. Hydraulic System
The power unit circuit uses the closed circuit control system, and the drilling and withdrawing are realized by the opened circuit load sensing control system, ensuring the high efficiency and energy saving. The hydraulic elements are imported with high reliability. The independent cooling system is installed to ensure the long-period reliable operation of hydraulic system.
V. Optional Parts for Users
1. Drill Stems and Tools
The petroleum drill stem produced by Shanghai Bao Steel Company or Hebei Modern Company can be selected. The cut-type or squeeze-type enlarger with a diameter of 300mm~1100mm can be selected.
2. Guiding System
The wired direction control system is adopted, for which DCI system is optional.
3. Slurry Pump System
The Lanzhou Shengda LT949 skid-mounted slurry pump that is a horizontal reciprocating single-acting and three-cylinder piston pump can be selected. The Chongqing Cummins NTA–855 diesel engine adopted drives the slurry pump through the clutch and gearbox, etc, and this engine is connected with the main machine through the high-pressure water supply pump.
4. Slurry Mixing System
The 20m3 slurry mixing plant can be selected.
