The XZ180 horizontal directional drilling rig has a compact structure and decent appearance. Its main technical performance parameters have reached the domestic advanced level. Ⅰ. Technical features
Strong power: The 97kW turbo diesel engine ensures that the drilling rig can pave the pipes under various complex ground conditions.

Dual-speed power unit: The low drilling and pulling speed ensures the successful construction. The power unit can accelerate the sliding speed after the drill stem is removed, so that the auxiliary work time is reduced and the work efficiency is enhanced.

Rubber crawler: The influence of this kind of crawler on the road, lawn and sight spot is smallest.

Floating vice: The proprietary floating vice of the Company shall be adopted, which can prolong the service life of drill stem effectively.

Automatic loading and unloading of drill stem: The automatic drill stem loading and unloading device can reduce the work intensity of operators.

Automatic anchoring: The drilling and pulling of anchor rod is driven hydraulically and controlled by the cylinder and the low-speed and high-torque motor.

Rotary console: It enlarges the vision field of operators, reduce their work intensity and make the machine easier and more comfortable to operate.

Easy maintenance: It is easy to maintain the engine and change the filter element of hydraulic system.

The drill stem produced by Hebei Xuanhua, Wuxi Mineral Exploration Machinery or other producers can be selected. The cutting-type or squeezing-type expansion head with a diameter of 200mm~600mm can be selected.

DCI wireless guide system can be selected.

This system is composed of the engine, sewage pump, slurry tank and swell soil mixer. The capacity of slurry tank can be 2m3 or 3m3 dependent on the user’s needs.
