Combined cut to length machine and slitting line production line

This combined cut to length machine and slitting line machine is the equipment for shearing the metal sheet to length and meanwhile it also can help you slitting the metal to thin sheet. If you own this machine, which means you doesn’t need to buy cut to length machine and slitting machine separately. The machine is composed by Decoiler, leveling system, cut to length machine, Decoiler, slitting line and receive table. Here is the machine picture for your reference:
The workflow of the combined cut to length machine and slitting line:
The first element is the 15 Ton Decoiler with the loading car, suppress arm and supporting arm.
The second part is the leveling machine and slitting line machine. This part is controlled by PLC station, where you can change the parameters of the length, slitting width and others.
After slitting coil, the recoiler will recoil the slitted sheet under the leveling belt. And then the cut to length machine will cut the sheet to small piece and arrange them finished sheet orderly.
Different other cut to length machine and slitting line, this combined version can save some cost of Decoiler leveling system, electricity and others. Meanwhile this whole production line is fully automatic; it can save lots of workers and factory space.
